Our normal processing time for items that are not RTS (ready to ship) is 5-7 business days. This time does not include weekends unless noted and that does not include time in transit to you. Specialty items or Custom orders will have longer processing times. The processing time is how long it takes to make your order and does not include shipping time. Guaranteed arrival times cannot be made; however, we will do our very best to work with you. Please contact us with any questions before ordering. The option for priority shipping is also available, but the processing time remains the same. Local pickup is also available – please see information on each item for those pickup times.
SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES
We CANNOT guarantee a package will make it to you by a certain date. Please check the processing time on the item before ordering, most are shipped out within 3-5 business days (not including weekends) of ordering, and then will be shipped by USPS. USPS may provide an estimated arrival date, but it is an estimate not a guarantee. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from us. Tracking is done by USPS and can take a few days to show up after the email is received.
First class mail can take 7-10 business days, although it often arrives before this time frame you should allow at least this amount of shipping time. If you have not received your package after 14 days, please contact us to let us know it hasn’t arrived. Your local USPS can also determine the packages location so you can contact them as well. If it hasn’t arrived within the 14 days, you can file a claim with USPS, and we can find a solution to the non-delivery.
Priority shipping is available and is usually a 2-3-day shipping timeline according to USPS. This DOES NOT include our production time of 3-5 days.
Please be sure to give us the correct shipping address. This will help alleviate any confusion and delays. We will only ship to the address on the order. We are not responsible if your address is not correct and if a shipment is returned to due to wrong address, shipping will be charged for reshipment.
OUT OF STOCK
We do our best to have our listings current but sometimes there are issues out of our control. If for some reason we cannot fill your order, we will contact you via email and/or phone as soon as possible and give you additional options or issue a cancellation and refund.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom or specialty items, unless the item is damaged or a mistake of the seller. Other items that are unused and/or unworn will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange with a receipt.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Specialty items include jewelry, soaps, lotions and personal care items.

Please remember that all of our items are handmade, so there may be slight variations due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
All of our standard earwires/posts/clip-ons are hypoallergenic and nickel free in the finish and style mentioned in the item listing. If you have sensitive ears and would like the standard to be replaced with Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled or Surgical Steel earwires please choose that option when ordering. We will try to match the style of earwires/posts as closely as possible.
LEATHER AND SUEDE
Leather and suede have natural variations and could have markings on the back or color differentiation due to the leather. If you have a concern about the markings or the color, please contact us before ordering
All sizes for earrings are not available on every leather.
Please read the description on each item for more information on the sizes available and on the leather used. Some thinner and faux leathers can sometimes curve or curl a little and lose shape, so please be aware of that when ordering.
Reshaping curved/curled leather can be done. Give us a call or send us an email and we will help you!
